I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, a Certified Weight Management Specialist, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and a Certified Lifestyle Coach. I am passionate about nutrition health and wellness. With more than a decade years of experience in multicultural nutrition counseling, I help individuals to continue to enjoy their ethnic foods but make healthier choices to suit their dietary needs and lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, reading, meditating, hiking, and taking long walks around my surrounding area. I believe in giving back to my community and feel empowered when people's health and physical needs are being met.
